HELP File has different SoundFont on musescore.org

Just for the record, I think the new soundfont for Musescore 2 is awful. The amount of reverb is unreal, and for the pit instruments I work with, they just sound terrible and they don't blend together at all. As soon as I started using MuseScore 2, the first thing I did was change the default soundfont to the one used in MuseScore 1.3. And playback in the MuseScore program works fine. But when I upload to musescore.org, it uses the MuseScore 2 soundfont.

That sounded fine in MuseScore 2 (using Musescore 1.3 soundfont), but once I uploaded it the soundfont changed. The hihat was NOT nearly that loud, the timpani sounds like a distant thud, and the crotales sound like an electric ding and are seemingly about a sixteenth note late every time.
Is there any way to fix this?
